A used electronic device is placed on one of our 250+ test benches, where a qualified technician begins the assessment using structured test protocols. After confirming that the device meets our standards, the technician tags it as Quality Check Ready and logs the relevant data into our inventory system.
Our quality control team then verifies each unit, confirms the recorded specifications, and checks physical condition and appearance. The workflow records who handled the unit, its quality-control review and the processing timestamp.

Shipping preparation
Prepared carefully before it leaves our warehouse
Before shipping, the quality control team verifies the contents of each pallet, and our photography team documents the condition. We use appropriate shrink wrap thickness and industrial strapping to help merchandise arrive safely and in the condition in which it was prepared.
Orders may ship through UPS, FedEx, or commercial freight and trucking carriers depending on shipment size, weight and destination.
